To Give You the Best Experience
To ensure everyone feels at home, I’ve set a few basic policies. The goal is to walk through these doors and leave with an experience that entices you to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Changes to the service must be made at least 24 Hours in advance. Requests are not guaranteed due to availability, however an effort will be made to accommodate changes.

The grace period is 15 minutes. Arrival later than 15 minutes is not permitted. The appointment is immediately cancelled. The Next Appointment will be paid up front.
Rescheduling is only available up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Next appointment has to be within 30 days. Rescheduling is not guaranteed due to business availability.
All styles require hair to be freshly washed and blow dried straight prior to appointment. PRODUCT FREE (this includes leave in conditioners, oils, etc.) Failure to do so will result in canceled appointment.
